About
In Rutab’s own words
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with over 2 years of experience in hospital and rehabilitation settings. My work focuses on psychological assessment and client-centered care.
I specialize in emotion regulation, stress management, self-compassion, and the impact of early life experiences on mental health. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can build resilience and improve their well-being.
